Do you hold reservations?

We currently don’t hold reservations, just to keep it simple and organized for ourselves. Until we receive payment, the item isn’t sold.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery by PostNL. Please note that delivery by mail is only possible on certain items. Very fragile items and furniture are currently not available for delivery. It is clearly stated per item whether delivery is possible.

Pick-up is always an option.

Do you ship outside of the Netherlands?

Currently we only offer delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What are the delivery rates?

We deliver certain items, such as accessoires and lighting via PostNL. Please check the product description of the product to make sure it is available for delivery. If so, there is an extra fee for delivery that is automatically calculated at check-out.

0 kg – 10 kg: €6,75 excl. VAT
10 kg – 30 kg (or package bigger than 60x40x40): €13,- excl. VAT

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We bring packages to the postal offices once a week, so it depends on which day you’ve ordered your item. Please allow for a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days. You will receive a track & trace from PostNL as soon as the package has been delivered at the postal office.

How can I pick-up my order?

You can pick up the item in Rotterdam West, where we are based. We’ll email you the exact address. 

If picking up an item is difficult for you, we suggest you to check out Brenger.

When can I pick-up my order?

Oniomania is open for pick-ups on Mondays from 11:00 – 17:00 o’clock. If this isn’t a good time for you, let us know and we’ll schedule an appointment. 

Sold items must be picked up within 10 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please let us know so arrangements can be made. Please note that bought items can be stored for a longer period for an additional storage fee.

What if an item is damaged?

Each individual item is unique and the condition may vary. We strive to sell items in the best condition as possible. Some vintage pieces may show signs of wear, which is normal with age.

If you’ve received an item that is badly damaged, you can shoot us an email at info @ . After confirming that the item is broken and not in the condition that is agreeable, the item will be refunded. 

Return policy 

You can return a purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to info @ with subject ‘Return’ to let us know that you wish to return an item. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition as you’ve received it. 

If you’ve decided to return a product, the cost of return are for you. Once we’ve received the product, we’ll transfer the money back within 30 days.
