WEELDE OFFICE MAKEOVER

We had the honor of redecorating Weelde’s office. The inspiration for their new office is a combination of a modern atelier and a feng shui space: creative yet minimalistic with no unnecessary fuss. With a neatly cleaned office, there is also more space for high productivity and creativity.

Below you can read and see what we did to achieve this new energy in the office. Scroll all the way down for some before shots.

WEELDE’S LOUNGE AREA

The lounge area in the office is a spot where people can come to rest and grab a cup of coffee or tea at the coffee corner. We opted for a vintage Leolux Panta Rhei sofa, two matching cream swivel chairs with chrome base and a minimalistic glass coffee table with a chrome detail to match the sofa and chairs.

The large chrome mirror is a big statement piece that we gave a spot in the corner of the lounge area, so that people can check out their outfit of the day. We also added multiple LED tube lamps for extra lighting.

For the coffee corner we choose a side table with glass top and two elegant pillars which we upscaled by giving it a fresh new paint job. Lastly, we added see-through silver drapes to create a bit more privacy and cosiness, without making the area appear too small.

WEELDE’S WORK SPACE

To create a clean, fresh look, we decided to have the walls repainted white (RAL9010). We traded the old chairs for comfy vintage Gispen chairs. Two chrome storage racks replaced old cabinets and we used HAY crates for storing supplies and to keep everything organized. LED tube lamps can be found throughout the room and we also added an aroma diffuser for fresh air.

Lastly, we rearranged the work tables to create more space and put away certain nicknacks for a cleaner look. Of course the artworks were put back right in their spot, such as the photos by the talented Marinka Gordel.
